Using Experta

You can ask any questions related to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, and you will receive text-based answers.

Experta provides assistance with how-to answers, step-by-step breakdowns, and explanations of key points related to implementation, audit, maintenance, and other topics.

The best way to use Experta is to ask specific questions related to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. Experta is designed to provide succinct and informative answers to common questions.

Here are some examples:

  • How long does ISO 14001 implementation last?
  • What are ISO 27001 security objectives?
  • How to define QMS scope?

Experta Limitations

At the moment, Experta provides answers to any question related to only ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Experta aims to give correct and helpful responses, but this may not always be so. If you have questions about ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001 compliance, then Experta can help. But if you need a more detailed guide or Experta’s answer isn’t clear enough, it’s best to talk to Advisera’s experts.

If you are not sure about Experta’s answer, you can get in touch with Advisera’s team of experts for further clarification. They will be able to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information about ISO compliance.

Note: Experta cannot provide answers to exam questions. However, it can still be a valuable resource for learning about ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Single sign-on (SSO) and 2-factor authentication (2FA) are currently not available. However, we have it on the product roadmap for implementation in the next few months.
