Anyone with an active internet connection and the latest web browsers can use Conformio. We support all the latest web browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, etc. Older browsers (Internet Explorer, etc.) are not fully supported, as they might have issues displaying the latest features.
Conformio offers a free trial limited to 14 days and is aimed at allowing you to view and experience the platform before you decide to subscribe to one of the paid plans. During the free trial, all steps within the step-by-step wizard are visible and accessible as they would be in a paid subscription, with the following restrictions:
- You cannot download any documents from the Document Explorer except Procedure for Document and Record Control and Project Plan;
- The report generation within the Register and Modules is limited;
- Uploading documents and Dropbox integration are disabled.

You can use Conformio by registering an account with the platform and logging in.
After logging in, we recommend following the main steps in the suggested order. By completing all the steps, you will implement your ISMS, be ready for ISO 27001 certification, and learn how to use the platform to maintain your ISMS with minimal effort after your certification.

Many more features of Conformio are accessible via the left-side menu, and they are effectively split into two parts:
- On the upper part of the menu, you can see all the options connected to the ISO 27001 implementation:

- Documents Explorer for viewing documents and managing them;
- Registers and Modules for fast access to the most important registers and modules;
- Reporting Dashboard for reports on how you are progressing;
- Responsibility Matrix and My Work for viewing your tasks and the tasks of your coworkers on the project;

- Company Settings to give you low-level access for managing your company account (this is only available for Admin and Project Manager users).

1. Can I test Conformio, and in case I decide to purchase, delete all of the test data?
Yes, your account data can be deleted. We perform this by resetting your account.
2. Can Conformio be used on tablets and mobile phones?
You can use Conformio on tablets and mobile phones. Still, the experience will be different because the platform is not adaptable to smaller screens due to lower visibility in the registers.
3. I already used a free trial; can I create a new account with the same email?
Using the same email is not possible as long as the existing free trial account exists in our database.
