Conformio Technical Support
Conformio Technical Support is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00 CET (Brussels time).

Here are the steps to reach Conformio Technical Support:
- In Conformio, click on Contact Us in the expanded “Help” menu;
- A pop-up window with your email recorded is shown;
- Input the title of your message and the message body, providing as much information as possible to have a swift resolution;
- Click the Send button to create the ticket, and our dedicated team of Conformio specialists will provide an answer as soon as possible.
Conformio Help Articles
You can access Conformio support articles by clicking on the Help Articles in the expanded Help menu. You will be redirected to our knowledge base of articles regarding Conformio, ISO 27001 information, and more.
Conformio Help Videos
Conformio help videos are hosted on Vimeo and briefly introduce how specific parts of our platform work. To find them, click the Help Videos option in the expanded Help menu, and you will be redirected to the database.
After you are redirected to Vimeo, click on the video you are interested in, and it will start playing with voiceover guidance, detailed explanations on each step, and more.

1. Is there any limit (with regard to subscription type or duration) enforced for using the support materials and resources?
All support resources listed above are free and can be used without limits.
2. Will the support offer help with the questions that deal with ISO 27001 specifically?
Support will receive those questions and then forward them to our ISO 27001 experts. This means that your questions regarding ISO 27001, specifically, will be answered after 24 hours.
3. What if neither resource provides an adequate answer for my inquiry?
This situation is highly unlikely, but it would likely mean that your questions do not reflect the features or functionalities of the Conformio platform or the ISO27001 standard itself.
