Setting email notification settings for users
In the Notification settings, you can edit the text and the timing of email notifications for your company users that are sent automatically for each lesson that you marked as mandatory in the menu item Setup New Training.
To manage email notification settings for users, do the following:
- Log into your Company Training Account.
- Navigate to Notification settings in the left-sided menu.
- Find the Notification title you wish to edit and click the Edit icon next to it.
- Edit any field you need.
- Click the Save changes button to save your preferences.
Important Note: When editing the content of the email, please make sure to never delete the content in square brackets “[ ]“. This part is important as it generates links sent to the users.
