How to use Experta for document review

Accessing Review documents feature

Experta has the option to review a document for you and provide you with comments related to the document you uploaded.

To access the Review documents feature, do the following:

1. Log into Experta;
2. Click the Review documents button in the upper part of the screen,
3. Select what kind of document you want to upload from the drop-down menu,
4. Click the Upload document button,
5. Chose the document from your computer and click Open,
6. Experta will process the document and provide comments within a couple of minutes.

Document review information

Experta’s Document review feature aims to assess the document you uploaded and provide input and/or recommendations on what to improve. Each document review will be calculated as 5 questions.

Experta will not use the information from your document to train our large language model. We guarantee the privacy of the data shared with Experta.

After reviewing, Experta provides information about the document in written form.

Experta provides the following feedback:

• Whether the document is compliant with the standard,
• Whether the document follows best practices for this type of document.

Document review limitation

Currently, Experta can review only the documents from the drop-down menu. If you’d like to have another document reviewed, let us know which document it is, and we will add it to the list.

To submit the information about the new document, do the following:

1. Log into Experta;
2. Click the Review documents button in the upper part of the screen,
3. Select (some other document) in the drop-down menu,
4. Enter the desired document name and click the Send button.

After we receive a notification about your desired document, we will prepare Experta for review and add the desired document to the list in Experta. Our support team will notify you when you can review your desired document.
