The most logical and streamlined way to implement ISO 27001 using an AI-Powered Toolkit is to follow the documents in the toolkit as they are sorted in a sequence and follow their order. (e.g., folder titled 1. Document Management contains the Procedure for Document and Record Control (the best practice is to write this document first, even before you start your ISO 27001 project), the next folder contains the Project Plan, and so on.
By opening each folder, you will see a mark describing some essential things: which documents from the toolkit are strictly mandatory according to the standard and which documents cover which clauses from the standard. You can also see this by downloading the .ZIP file at the bottom of the main page and opening the List of Documents file. This way, by reading the standard, you’ll quickly find which documents you need to satisfy the requirements.
For any mandatory document – you have to do it. For any non-mandatory document – you have to decide if your organization needs it or not (you can always ask Experta for help).
Provide information during customization to save time (this info will be automatically suggested for other documents; the more documents you customize, the more time you save with subsequent documents).
Once you finish customization, download the document and finalize it using MS Word (or equivalent) by following the comments (right-hand size in the Word templates).
