Important Rules for Taking the Advisera Training Exam

efore you decide to take the exam, you should carefully study the rules for taking the exam. This will help you prepare for the exam.

No Time Limit for Taking the Exam

There is no time limit for taking the exam, so pick the best time and date for you.

Monitoring

The exam will be monitored via an online proctoring system – please make sure to read the FAQs in order to best prepare for your exam.

Essential Items for the Exam

For the exam, you should prepare the following:

  • Computer with a camera and microphone
  • Fully charged mobile phone with a charger outlet close by
  • A room with no one else inside
  • Your passport or some other identification card
  • Opened ProctorExam page
  • Opened Advisera Training page where you access the exam

Note: The ProctorExam tab must remain open the entire time you are taking your exam until you submit it, or the exam will not be recorded. We reserve the right to ask you to retake the exam if we do not have the recording of the exam session.

Prohibited Action during the Exam

During the exam, you should NOT do or use the following:

  • You may not have any notes or other methods that might help you during the exam
  • You may not have anyone helping you complete the exam
  • Your mobile phone must be in airplane mode and can only be used as a second camera angle as outlined by the proctoring service
  • You may not have any other tabs opened except for ProctorExam and the Advisera Training page, where you access the exam
  • You may not use any external resources
