Consuming credits and documents in Experta
Experta distinguishes between (regular) credits and document credits.
1. Credits
Credits are used when you interact with Experta.
- Most actions (e.g., asking a question, refining text) use 1 credit
- More complex actions (e.g., generating training materials) may use more credits

2. Documents (or document credits)
Document credits allow you to:
- Personalize documents using the Document wizard
- Download them in Word or Excel format

A document is counted when you:
- Confirm the download of a full document
- Personalize it using the wizard
👉 Important:
- Previewing a document does not use a document credit
- Already downloaded documents can be downloaded again without using additional credits
