Experta provides several ways for you to get in touch with Advisera — whether you need help using the platform, have a specific compliance question, or want guidance from an expert.
All contact options are available directly in the top header of the application, so you can access support at any time while working.
Available contact options
You can contact Advisera through 3 main options:
- Help → access Help Center articles
- Contact us → send a message to the support team
- Talk to an expert → schedule a session with Advisera’s expert
1) Help — find answers instantly
What is it for?
Use this option when you want to:
- Learn how to use Experta
- Understand how a feature works
- Get guidance on specific tasks
How to use it
- Click Help in the top header of Experta
- This opens the Help Center in a new tab
Result
You get immediate answers through structured help articles without the need to contact support.
2) Contact us — send a message to support
What is it for?
Use this option when you:
- Have a question not covered in Help articles
- Want to report a bug
- Want to suggest a feature
- Need assistance with your account
How to use it
- Click Contact us in the top header
- This opens the contact page
- Fill in your message and submit it
Result
Your request is sent to the Advisera support team, who will respond to you.
3) Talk to an expert — schedule a session
Option A: Onboarding expert (available for paid users)
What you get
- A 15-minute Zoom call with a product expert
- Guidance on:
- How to use Experta
- Best ways to apply it in your daily work
Availability
- Available for Growth and Business plans
- Not available in the Free plan
Result
You learn how to use Experta more effectively and get personalized guidance.
Option B: Compliance expert (Business plan only)
What you get
- A 15-minute Zoom call with an Advisera expert
- Support for:
- ISO 27001
- NIS2
- DORA
- Other compliance topics
Availability
- Available only for Business plan users
Result
You get expert-level advice for your specific compliance challenges.
How to access “Talk to expert”
- Hover over Talk to expert in the top header
- Select:
- Onboarding expert
- Cybersecurity expert (if available in your plan)
What if an option is not available?
Some features depend on your subscription:
- Free plan → expert calls are disabled
- Growth plan → onboarding expert available
- Business plan → both onboarding and cybersecurity experts available
👉 If an option is unavailable, it will appear disabled with an explanation.
