Overview

If you want to use Experta’s paid plans, you can pay via credit card or via bank transfer (for Custom plans only).

Experta uses a subscription-based billing system, allowing you to manage your plan, payments, and billing details in one place.

Payment methods

Regular plans (Growth, Business)

For standard subscription plans, Experta accepts:

  • All major credit cards

👉 All credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Custom plans

For custom plans, you can choose between:

  • Credit card payment (via Stripe)
  • Bank transfer (wire payment)

👉 This provides more flexibility for larger organizations and projects.

View your subscription

What you can see

Once you are subscribed, in the Manage subscription page, you can view:

  • Your current plan (e.g., Growth or Business)
  • Billing period (monthly or annual)
  • Price of your subscription
  • Next billing date

This helps you:

  • Track when you will be charged next
  • Understand what plan you are currently using

You don’t need to manually renew your subscription.

Where to manage billing

You can access all billing-related information through the menu item Plans & billing, and by clicking the tab Manage subscription — there you can:

  • View your current plan
  • Check billing dates
  • Manage payment methods
  • Update billing details
  • Cancel or change your subscription

Manage your payment method

What you can do

You can:

  • View your current payment method (e.g., credit card)
  • Add a new payment method
  • Update existing payment details

How to do it

  • Go to the Payment method section
  • Click Add payment method or update existing details

Result

Your future payments will be processed using the updated method.

Update billing information

What you can edit

You can update:

  • Company or personal name
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Tax ID (if applicable)

How to do it

  • Go to Billing information
  • Click Update information
  • Enter new details and save

Result

Your invoices and billing records will reflect the updated information.

Cancel or change your subscription

Cancel subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Click Cancel subscription in the Manage subscription page

👉 If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Change plan

To upgrade or downgrade:

  • Go to Subscription plans
  • Select a different plan

👉 Changes take effect based on your billing cycle.

Security and payments

  • All credit card payments are handled securely via Stripe
  • Your payment details are processed using industry-standard security
  • Advisera does not store sensitive card information
