Accessing User management and reporting
In User management and reporting you can see all the users, see their statuses, and see the training report.
To access users in your Company Training Account, do the following:
- Log into your Company Training Account.
- Navigate to User management and reporting in the left-sided menu.
Here you can see all the users that you included in your Company Training account. From here, you can check their status and last login, send them an invitation reminder, view their report, or delete them.
Sending invitation reminders
You can send invitation reminders to the users who never registered. You can do this by clicking the envelope icon next to the person you wish to invite.
Deleting users
To delete invited users, do the following:
- Log into your Company Training Account.
- Navigate to User management and reporting in the left-sided.
- Click the trash can icon next to the person you wish to delete.
- Click the Confirm button in the confirmation pop-up window.
Resetting user progress
To reset the user’s progress, do the following:
- Log into your Company Training Account.
- Navigate to User management and reporting in the left-sided.
- Click the 2-arrow icon next to the person whose progress you wish to reset.
- Click the Confirm button in the confirmation pop-up window.
Editing users
To edit registered users, do the following:
- Log into your Company Training Account.
- Navigate to User management and reporting in the left-sided.
- Click the Edit user icon next to the user you wish to edit.
- Edit the information needed and click the Update profile button.
Sending password reset emails to users
To send a password reset email to the user, do the following:
- Log into your Company Training Account.
- Navigate to User management and reporting in the left-sided.
- Click the Edit user icon next to the user you wish to edit.
- Click Send password reset email to user.
- The user will get an email with the link to change the password.
Checking assigned training
To check the training assigned to the specific user, do the following:
- Log into your Company Training Account.
- Navigate to User management and reporting in the left-sided.
- Click the arrow next to the user’s name.
- You will see the assigned training in the opened drop-down list.
User reports
To check the report of a specific user, do the following:
- Log into your Company Training Account.
- Navigate to User management and reporting in the left-sided.
- Click the View report icon next to the user whose progress you wish to check.
- Click the Reports button to open a list of all the assigned lessons and the status for each lesson.
- Click the arrow next to a specific lesson to see report details for that specific lesson.
